The main topic of the HISTELCON-2021 conference will be "How computer technologies and telecommunication change society and economy". All articles related to other aspects of the history of development in electrical engineering, electronics, computer technology, and their applications are welcome.

Paper Guidelines
Submitted papers must be unpublished and should not be submitted elsewhere at
the same time. Papers must have from 3 to 7 full pages according IEEE Conference Manuscript Standard. All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by at least three independent reviewers.

The official Conference language is English. Conference Proceedings will be
submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. "No-show" papers won't be
submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Each author can submit and
present no more than 3 papers.
